PropSala sends automated maintenance-related SMS messages to tenants on behalf of property managers. These messages are transactional and not marketing.
To stop receiving text messages from PropSala at any time, reply STOP to any message we send. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent to your number.
To resume receiving messages after opting out, reply START to any message from our number.

Why am I receiving text messages from PropSala?
Your property manager uses PropSala to send automated updates about maintenance requests at your unit — such as when a request is received, assigned to a contractor, or completed. These are service messages, not marketing.
How do I stop receiving messages?
Reply STOP to any message. You can also ask your property manager to remove your number from the system.
I'm a landlord — how do I get help with my account?
Email us at support@fixomation.com with your account email and a description of your issue. You can also visit the dashboard to manage settings directly.
How do I reset a tenant's opt-out status?
In the dashboard, go to the tenant's profile and use the "Reset SMS Opt-Out" button. This clears the system block. The tenant must then text START to our number to provide fresh consent before messages resume. We recommend asking the tenant to text START first, then using the Reset button — this ensures you have documented consent before any messages are sent.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is transmitted over TLS encryption, passwords are hashed, and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
